Hotel Magerl - Gmunden

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with fine views of a lake in a peaceful green area. The hotel facilities were luxurious especially the indoor pool, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The hotel's location was convenient with easy parking and transportation.

the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my visit. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the lake during breakfast. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and I had a good night's sleep in the cozy beds.

First of all, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, even assisting with arranging transportation and providing helpful recommendations. Secondly, the room itself was a pleasant surprise. While the public areas had a charming, old-fashion feel, the room was modern and well-appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Finally, the breakfast served in the lovely dining room was simply delightful. Not only did they offer a typical Austrian hotel breakfast, but the view of the lake made it even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day.

There was honestly nothing that I could fault about this hotel. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional.

Great view from the room and a peaceful surrounding that really helped us relax over the weekend. the breakfast was lovely and there was a good selection of dishes to choose from. the swimming pool was great to use. the staff were accommodating, and we were able to park with no issues.

We missed having a mini, fridge in the room to keep our drinks and refreshments cool. as non, native speakers, we struggled with some of the language barriers.

We felt like we were not given a warm welcome upon arrival. The room was not as clean as we expected, and the lack of a mini fridge was inconvenient.
